View Registered and Certified Rental Properties:
Housing, nuisance, and zoning complaints may now be submitted online through the Inspection Services Portal. To do so:
Click on the Enforcement tab Choose the "Report a Code Violation" link Submit your complaint Online submissions require the street address where the violation is located along with a short description of the complaint (e.g. trash in backyard). Complainants may enter their contact information, though it is not required. Once submitted, the complaint will be assigned a tracking number which can then be used to follow enforcement steps and statuses of the complaint.
Identify Code Violations:
Housing Complaint – housing maintenance violations related to the exterior and interior of a residential building
Inoperable Vehicle on Private Property – disabled vehicle on private property or more than one vehicle without a current license plate on private property
Tall Grass or Trash in Yard ‐ rubbish in piles, garbage bags, trash, grass/weeds over 12 inches high
Unsecured House or Building – unoccupied building with broken windows or unsecured doors
Zoning Complaint – illegal business, overcrowding, ongoing yard sales
