As with many IT departments we are challenged with doing more with less. We are committed to deliver the best customer service that we can while staying focused on the big picture. Adhering to the Government 2.0 model of open communication, performance management and empowerment, it is IT’s goal to continually communicate our vision and progress as we become a professional proficient consulting service to sustain the City’s corporate technologies and Enterprise Information Management (EIM) services.
